Simpsons Michelin Star restaurant
Simpsons is a Michelin Star restaurant in Edgbaston Birmingham. It was the first UK restaurant outside London to win a star – 20 years ago – and it's held onto it ever since.
I shot the kitchen of this amazing place over a few services, capturing the skill and dedication of a great bunch of people as they delivered plate after plate of amazing food.
Tom Kerridge was guest chef on one of the evenings. He described me as the best-dressed photoghrapher he'd ever come across!
